Home Improvement Macbeth

A stunt spec for the 1991 series Home Improvement, overlaid with the plot of Macbeth. This project aims to subvert a long history of heteronormative adaptations of Lady Macbeth as a "maternal ideal” by combining her with the ultimate 90’s TV mom, Jill Taylor - and corrupting both characters in the process.

A quasi-period comedy web series about the life of Lady Arbella Stuart, an almost-heir to Elizabeth I’s throne (a millennial feminist centuries ahead of her time).

 
 

The ADventures of S(her)lock Holmes

A pilot for a queer-feminist reboot of Arthur Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes canon, located in contemporary New York City and featuring a female detective duo solving crimes perpetrated by annoying white cis men. There’s also an occasional feminist critique of Law & Order: SVU thrown in the mix (and many, many Ice T jokes).
